To apply for water/sewer service you will need to present a photo ID, payment (cash-check-money order), and application in the Water Authority office.  The office location is 633 Kelly Blvd.  This is directly behind B-J Coney Island and the car wash.  The application can be accessed by clicking on the link below.  The bold boxed, grey areas can be filled in with a computer and printed.
