Annual Drinking Water Quality Report

Annual Drinking Water Quality Report

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires public water suppliers to provide Consumer Confidence Reports (CCR) to their customers.  These reports are also known as Annual Drinking Water Quality Reports.

Slippery Rock Municipal Authority’s Annual Report conforms to the regulation under the Safe Drinking Water Act requiring water utilities to provide annually, detailed water quality information to its customers.

The Authority is committed to providing you with this information about your water supply to communicate that the water is safe to drink and to inform customers of the need for sufficient funds to properly operate and maintain the water supply, treatment, and distribution systems.

Customers who are well informed are the best allies in supporting improvements necessary to maintain the highest drinking water standards.

The 2017 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report summarizes information regarding our ground water sources used, any detected contaminants, and compliance educational efforts.

Should you have questions after reading the reports, please contact the Authority Office at 724-794-6552.
