Convenience Fee, Effective January 1, 2026

SRMA has adopted a convenience fee effective January 1st, 2026. This will be applied to any card payment through the payment portal. 

Details:

1. Starting January 1st, 2026, a surcharge of $3.00 or 3%, whichever is greater, will be applied to any transaction done through the payment portal with a card. 
2. This surcharge will be communicated to customers at the point of sale through signage placed at the office and posted on the website. 
3. The convenience fee will be shown as Municipay/Autoagent Service Fee.

SRMA also accepts alternative payment methods, including check, cash, and ACH.

For ACH, please fill out the Direct Payment Form and drop it off at the office: 116 Crestview Road, Slippery Rock, PA 16057.
